 Approach & Methodology: 

Approach: 

An intensive workshop, selected participants from each community will be given hands on training in Global Trade with special emphasis on building an enterprise from their own community on an earn while you learn basis.  

The participants will be immersed on a step-by-step process in building their own enterprise from creating an individual corporate infrastructure, to developing a product, and to distributing the product locally and globally. 

This will lead into creating the infrastructure of a Business Plan and a Marketing Plan. This will be the foundation of the Business Plan they will submit to obtain funding for ongoing development of their business. 

Each participant will be given both the traditional approach to building a business, as well as the participant will be trained with street-smart marketing techniques.  The three major aspects of business: Production, Distribution and Administration, will be treated with a practical hands on approach, dispensing with theory as far as practicable and concentrating mostly on practice and application.  

To develop Global Trade businesses on an expedited basis, online business development will be a major component.  Each participant will have the infrastructure of their web site for their businesses during the process of the workshop.  The outcome will be, that they will leave the workshop a business plan to be developed. 

Methodology: 

  1. The principles of Global Trade imbibed in each participant to make it an integral part of their business thought process.
  2. Practical exercises in product development from conception to development to market will be given. 
  3. To have access to products worldwide and at the lowest price for wholesale/retail distribution and re-export.
  4. Innovation of products and production of the same ready for distribution.
  5. Practice of Cross Border transactions.
  6. Procedures and practice of international financial transactions.
  7. International protocols and communications.
  8. Using the services of Chambers of Commerce, export promotional organizations, trading houses, custom brokers and shipping companies and financial institutions.
  9. The process of developing and executing a Marketing Plan.
