Rationale
It is self evident that the growth of the Aboriginal People
must be taken forward to a new level to be in synchronicity with
the rest of the World s Economy. This Initiative is not only an
integral but indispensable part for growth in order to accomplish
the Nations Goal of Self-Sufficiency, which is a prerequisite for
Self Determination.
The objective is to make the members of the Nation rightful
participants in the ongoing Global prosperity.
It also acknowledged that there is no alternative to Economic
Growth than to engage in Marketing and Distribution in a Regional
and/or Global Basis at the Grass Roots Level. We are now all Citizens of the
Global Village and we live in the New Economy which is connected to
the world.
Taking these essential necessities into consideration, we have
developed a comprehensive Business Development Program.
In light of the above, we present this Proposal for Building an
Entrepreneurial Sector within the Nations at the Grass Roots Level
along with the Deliverables and Outcomes.
